What is process of campus placements for JP Morgan?

JP Morgan is a leading investment bank and financial holding company.

The campus placement process of JP Morgan consists of -

  1. Written-test
  2. Group discussion/Case study
  3. Technical interview round
  4. HR Interview round

Written Test round

The written aptitude test for Jp morgan placements is similar to that of the Common aptitude test (CAT). The test consists of 40 questions and 60 minutes time period to complete.

Group discussion/case study round

The round depends on campus to campus. In some places, GD takes place while some candidates are asked to solve a group Case study.

Technical Interview round

The shortlisted candidates from the above two rounds are then asked to sit for a technical interview. In this round, they generally check the technical knowledge by asking questions related to computer languages and other finance background questions.

HR Interview round

The candidates are then asked to sit through an HR Interview round where they are asked general questions related to their background and other related things.
