Here are some tips or humble warnings for you before your placement process are as follows -
- As discussed in the above article, the aptitude test is more or less similar to CAT (Common admission test), and you should be prepared accordingly.
- If you are applying for any technical roles, then there is a fair chance that a case study assignment will be provided to you to solve in a set period of time. For management roles, a group discussion takes place for the candidates.
- The technical round is totally based on your past work experience in the relevant industry or the subjects pertinent to the role taught in your course.
- If you are being invited for the HR round, you should be happy and hopeful because only senior employees of the firm take these interviews, and most of the candidates are already removed from the process.
- The HR round mostly depends on your experience and your expectations from the company.
