What is the role of an Asset Manager

1. Prepare financial reports and general ledger data reconciliations.
2. Changes in the risk profiles of individual assets in the portfolio should be monitored and reported.
3. Make timely recommendations for risk mitigation methods and adjustments in risk rating.
4. Accounts are monitored, and reports on fixed and deferred charge assets are generated.
5. Prepare financial records by analysing, recording, and reporting asset transactions.
6. Work with fund advisors and direct partners to coordinate.
7. Ensure that the project and the money are in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
8. Prepare and analyse asset management reports regularly.
9. Prepare investment reports regularly and risk evaluations of investments.
10. When there are early warning indicators of performance concerns, take corrective action.
11. Represent DRA Advisor in the marketplace and gain knowledge of the asset geographies provided.
12. Be aware of current trends that affect a portfolio, such as demographics, product supply, economic factors, and job growth, and address them.
13. Actively participate in acquiring new assets, ensuring that due diligence is completed, which includes market analysis, financial, environmental, and engineering studies.
14. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities that are deemed necessary to be allocated.
