LogoutThe placement process will be done in slots. The company should book a slot in the 3-week placement process of IIM Lucknow. Students who receive an offer can apply for one other process that is preferred over the current organization.
The Higher Entry Placements Program (HEPP) is designed for candidates with more than 30 months of work experience. Companies who want to hire such candidates on the lateral level should do so in the months of January and February. During this time, a candidate who receives a HEPP offer has the option of participating in the placement week without losing their HEPP offer. The candidate can then choose between the HEPP and placement week offers.

Median CTC offered - Rs 23.40 LPA
