In this post, we will look into 2021 Final placement details to get insights into IIM B’s college placements.
The final placements of batch 2020-21 were completed around the end of February.
The Institute’s recruitment procedure is overseen by the Career Development Services (CDS) office and the Student Placement Committee.

The placement process is split into two parts
• The Lateral Placement Process - This is a one-time-only procedure, for candidates who have worked for at least 18 months experience.
• Final placement process - all the students who are eligible can participate

Companies are required to give preplacement talks after which students apply to the companies based on their own interests.
