The last term of the graduating year is when final placements are made.
Year after year, a tremendous array of the most significant firms from India and worldwide visit the school in quest of the best talent.
The Institute’s graduates help firms that choose to recruit students from our campus to develop a lasting competitive edge by reaching essential positions in leading corporations worldwide.
The market for the Institute’s graduates has remained strong throughout the years, as newly hired employees have continued to deliver on their promises.
At the same time, the average work experience has been increasing with each batch, as seen by the wide range of profiles chosen by IIMA students during Final Placements last year.

IIMA has decided to switch from a day-based to a cohort-based methodology.
The new system was created with the stated goal of improving the student-recruiter match.
Thanks to this approach and other design enhancements, recruiters may now evaluate students over a more extended period, allowing them more time to explore different career alternatives.
