The final placement procedure for MDI Gurgaon’s PGDM, PGDM-IB, and PGDM-HRM batches of 2021 has been completed successfully. The average and median salaries offered to the cohort at MDI have increased by about 5% this year. In comparison to the previous year, the top wage increased by approximately 9%. Asian Paints, ITC, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Bank of America, BCG, Bain & Company, PwC, EY, Deloitte, Amazon, and the Aditya Birla Group were among the top companies represented on campus.

- The highest salary awarded to the class of 2021 this year was INR 44.00 lakhs, representing a roughly 9% rise over the previous year.
- The average compensation offered this year was INR 23.15 lakhs, and the median income awarded to the class was INR 23.00 lakhs, representing a nearly 5% rise over the previous year.
- The median salary in the top 50 percent was INR 24.60 lakhs, while the average salary in the top 50 percent was INR 26.99 lakhs.
- The median salary in the top 10% was INR 31.20 lakh, while the average salary in the top 10% was INR 34.74 lakh.
- There were 126 job offers in the Sales and Marketing sector and 146 job offers in the Strategy and Operations category for the batch. The Finance domain had 63 offers. The number of Consulting offers made to the PGDM, and PGDM-IB batches increased by 77%.
- A total of 128 recruiters, including 64 new recruiters, took part in the placement process.
- The MDI Gurgaon batch received 99 pre-placement offers this year.
