Software that streamlines customer relationship management by automating repetitive tasks and tracking customer data. The three main types of CRM systems are operational, analytical, and collaborative – though many CRM tools are a mix of the three.

I was also looking for a CRM system, but I have not yet found one that would meet my requirements.
