The major responsibilities of HR Operations Analyst are:
- Primary contact for the Employee Directory reviewing global HR transactions via Cornerstone (IRC Applicant Tracking System – ATS).
- Process staff new hires, employee changes and terminations in an accurate and timely manner in Workday & Cornerstone
- Provide reporting and employee data & metrics to in-country HR staff
- Develop and maintain records retention process which includes managing active and inactive employee files and support for storage of records
- Provide ad-hoc guidance to Cornerstone users across IRC officesaround HR processes
- Assist with background checks, onboarding, and orientation for new staff
- Liaise pro-actively with HR Partners, In-country HR Leads and focal points globally to attend to and solve HR administrative issues
- Respond to a variety of 1st level HR-related inquiries from employees
- Handle employment verification letters
- Proactively suggest process improvement to enhancethe efficiency of HR admin processes
- Provide recruitment administration support as needed
- Performs other duties, as and when required
