How was your experience working at Microsoft India Hyederabad campus?

MSIDC Hyderabad is Microsoft’s primary campus in India, and it is also the company’s second-largest campus outside of the United States.

It used to have three buildings, but now another campus in Hyderabad Knowledge City has opened, and four more buildings are being built on the main campus.

Some facts about MSIDC are:

  • Work-wise, it is pretty much the same as any other Microsoft campus or office throughout the world.

  • We proudly refer to ourselves as “One Microsoft” because our work culture, procedures, and team communication are all the same.

  • You get to work with many exciting and skilled people. The work environment is fantastic.

  • There are no set working hours; you can come and go whenever you choose as long as you attend meetings and do your tasks.

  • Each of the three buildings’ cafeterias offers a diverse range of cuisines, including North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Tandoori, Pizza, Pasta, Continental, Healthy Snacks, and even coconut water and sugarcane juice bar.

  • There are numerous recreational activities available, ranging from yoga classes to karate courses to various others. You will have access to a fully-equipped gym as well as an instructor.

  • Every day, a doctor visits each building, and you can make appointments if necessary. In each building, there is also a pharmacy.

  • On-campus, there is even a bank and three ATMs.
