How to manage workload?

To effectively manage your workload, one has to choose What to do, What to delegate, When to do and What can be avoided.

If the Importance and Urgency both are high then we need to complete these type of work immediately and on the other hand if both are Low then just don’t do it. Another situation is if Importance is high but Urgency is low than schedule this type of work for later date. Similarly, if Importance is low but Urgency is high, then either delegate the work or push back.
