How to combine two Excel files with the same fields but different data (different years)?

Let’s say we have five Excel files (2007.xls, 2008.xls,… 2011.xls) with the same fields (film title, genre, budget, rating, profitability, etc.) but data from various years (2007 to 2011). Can someone explain to me how to integrate the film title, genre, and profitability into a single chart that shows the visualization from 2007 to 2011?
