How is the Context Filter different from other Filters explain it?

If we have a Context Filter on the countries USA and India, Tableau will create a temporary table for these two countries’ data, and any other Filters will be applied to these two countries’ data if we have any other Filters. If we don’t have any Context Filters, each record will check for all Filters. When we establish a Context Filter, Tableau creates a temporary table for this Filter set, and additional Filters, such as cascade parameters, are applied to the Context Filter data.
