How can you get more feedback as a manager?
Feedback is key to self growth and development. I regularly seek feedback from my juniors, which most of the people miss out thinking why to take it as it doesn’t impact their appraisal. But for me that’s the most important feedback as my job is to help them grow and develop their careers, and my interaction with team is the highest as compared to seniors/ partner. I typically try to get into a casual chat to understand what all can be improved in the system, incl the way I work. It has given me good results so far.
