Candidates should have a clear idea of the minimal qualifying requirements before registering for the exam . The following conditions must be met in order to take the GMAT:
- Applicants must possess a minimum educational qualification from a recognised institution or college.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old; if a candidate is under the age of 18, a no-objection certificate from a parent or guardian is required.
- Candidiate must be in possession of a valid passport to take the GMAT exam
- Maximum number of times in an year for taking the gmat exam is 5, and 8 in the whole lifetime.
- Applicants can only take the GMAT five times each year and eight times in their lifetime.
- Candidates can only take the GMAT after 16 days have passed since the previous exam.
There is no formal requirement of work experience, but a candidate with relevant experience is always preferred, Although there is no formal need for job experience, leading business schools throughout the globe desire it.
