Why do you consider yourself suitable for a career in Management?
The one personality trait in me that makes me suitable for a career in Management is
my work. I believe in being transparent maintaining open communication with colleagues and having
a good rapport with them. This helps in working collaboratively with others making work
and staying productive. Transparency at work helps in communicating fairly with others, being responsible enough, and thinking of ideas resulting in a focused approach towards completing the task undertaken. This approach towards conflict resolutions at the workplace has helped me solve and mitigate many an issue even before it arose helped in fostering better collaboration with the team and has helped me to get promoted quicker than my peers in the same team. This attribute has helped me a lot in my present job and has propelled me to perform better within our project team.
Describe instances where you have been able to demonstrate leadership ?
It would be something in my training days. As we were on an online platform it was difficult for everyone to follow the instructor and a few were unable to keep pace. The instructors would have held exams and all of us were under a strict deadline. Since the training module was predominantly based on
technologies I knew and having had prior experience, I took up the responsibility of conducting
help and guiding our teammates to catch up to the pace and assimilate the material taught. This
only proved helpful to my teammates but also helped us gain mastery over the subject. This initiative of mine even helped the team complete the training program on time.
Here a sample answer has been provided and you can add instances from your work environment to suit the needs of the questions asked in the interview.
Use instances from your work or from your internships where you have held positions of responsibility to be able to answer questions like these effortlessly as they would seem natural and authentic if you have already done them.
You are at ease when you can quote examples from your life where you have demonstrated excellence and were able to make a difference to the situation. You can recollect such instances and your body and face muscles are more relaxed which is something the interviewers are adept at finding out if you are trying to fake as your muscles are contracted and tensed when you try to cook up a story.
If you are a fresher, focus on the internships or the work you have undertaken in school or college or even social work to demonstrate leadership potential and try to collate as many such instances as possible to convince the interviewers that you possess the qualities needed to become a great manager.

term impact on the world of business.?
US president Joe Biden is engineering a sharp shift in policy towards China focusing on
counter Beijing’s coercive diplomacy and ensuring that China does not gain a permanent access to
critical technologies with respect to trade rights. It cooperates in areas of mutual concern like climate change but competes with each other directly in technology and military competition in space and cyberspace.
The result is that they are racing to secure their own supply chains and to reduce dependency on each other, a reverse of economic integration. The US -China relations has reached its lowest ebb.

6)Describe a situation where you were unexpectedly entrusted with more responsibility. How did
you handle it?
It would be something in my training days, as were on an online platform it was difficult for everyone to follow the instructor and a few people weren’t up to pace with the speed of the instructor. Our instructors would have held them back as were under a strict deadline and failure to complete the modules would have led to their (my teammates) training release dates being deferred.
Since the training module was predominantly based on web development and having had prior experience, a few of us decided to take extra sessions to help our teammates catch up to the pace and assimilate the material taught.
The instructors were okay and suggested that such sessions would not only help your teammates but also help one gain mastery over the material.
Eventually all of us completed the training program on time.
I had to manage my time and postpone other activities to ensure that this was completed on time.
Tell me about yourself?
To get to know you, your interviewers will most likely start with a question about yourself and your background. Begin by providing an overview of your present position or activities, followed by the most important and relevant highlights from your experience that can help you pitch yourself as a very good candidate for the B-School .
It’s generally acceptable to include some light personal details about your pets, hobbies, or family if you want to. This will make you more remembered and approachable to the interviewer. Always aim to build a rapport with the interviewers and give them something to take away after they have interviewed you and your interview must linger in their minds so as to give yourself the maximum possible chance of converting the call.
Use it to market yourself and have a pitch for 60, 90, 120 seconds to keep yourself prepared for any possibility.
