  • Refer to any yearbook for the static awareness section, such as India Year Book, Manorama Year Book, and so on.
  • It is highly recommended that you should have a basic understanding of India’s economic survey and budget. You can find a summary of the budget and survey on online preparation tools to help you with this.
  • Focus on well-known and popular themes, as the majority of questions are based on recent news or updates.
  • Don’t skip this section if you’re cramming for the CMAT at the last minute. To avoid last-minute stress, watch news videos and read newspapers every day.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a new section introduced in CMAT 2022 with the primary purpose of bringing these aspirants and the colleges offering admissions onto a common platform.

  • Aspirants who dream of becoming an entrepreneur should be fully prepared with the theories and concepts they need to start their business.
  • Candidates should be prepared with current affairs in the area of business to ace the section. Some business magazines & newspapers can help one to gain the required knowledge.
  • Important topics related to the world economy are also to be considered since they have a significant impact on the business industry.
    While the section is not including in the calculation of percentile, a good score in such a section makes your profile strong therefore you should not skip on the section. Do remember, the results of the section though not included in the percentile can still be a topic of discussion in the interviews
