Would 2 years work experience at Accenture as ASE for a mechanical engineer serve as valid work experience for an MBA?

Begin by creating an exciting story about the entire experience, which will include, but is not limited to:

  1. Tell me about how and why you became a mechanical engineer.
  2. How did you get a job as an ASE with Accenture?
  3. how you ended up working in the same role for the same company for two years
  4. Describe the unique experiences you had or gained on the job. Experiences such as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, a life-changing lesson, a difficult project, a stellar performance, and so on.
  5. How well are those one-of-a-kind experiences aligned with your MBA goals or life goals in general?

The answers will help writing that interesting story or essay that will provide a subjective look at your work experience.

It will be accepted as legitimate work experience. But, to be honest, the admissions committee will notice that you haven’t been promoted to S.E. in two years, putting you in the league of underachievers.
Work a little longer to get into a really good B school. Get promoted and, more importantly, learn more about your job on a functional level. An MBA interviewer is less concerned with your technical abilities and more concerned with how you will be able to leverage your experience in his B-school.
