Advantages -

  • As a member of the Big4, this is a globally known and respected brand.
  • Offers a wide range of services to customers, including audit, tax, consulting, technology, risk, and advice, and so allows staff to collaborate across sectors, domains, and challenges.
  • Global policy, staff involvement, and structure are all well-defined.
    Pays above or in line with market rates

Disadvantage:

  • For the most part, there is no US/EUR onsite because the company mostly serves domestic/sub-continent clientele. However, only a small percentage of people will be able to work in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

  • Recently, it has been embroiled in a number of issues and has faced legal and regulatory problems. It’s possible that we’ll get there in the end.

  • The ability to network is extremely important for growth!

  • HR has a lot of work to do in terms of understanding and enhancing employee relations.
