The facilitator is responsible for maintaining time. They will be held to the time restriction by the panel. However, this does not imply that you, as players, can unwind. You can keep track of your own time. You may keep track of how much time is spent on brainstorming vs debating it. You may utilize this to further your own growth.

If you want to keep the time, don’t make overt gestures like checking at your watch or phone all the time. You will be unable to contribute effectively as a result of this. It will also exude a sense of indifference and impatience. It’s best not to stress over the discussion’s time limit.
