Who should I talk to - the panel or the team?

You and the other participants will have a group conversation. The session is conducted without the participation of a panel. They are present as judges and observers. As a result, addressing the panel members is inappropriate. Your points should be directed to the other team members, and you should only debate them with them. You don’t have to address them in a formal manner, but you should make eye contact with each person in the group. Be courteous and forceful, and communicate your message quickly and succinctly.

If you know the members of the group, address them by name. Otherwise, he/she combinations should be used to denote the individual. Even if numbers are assigned as part of the session, avoid them.
