A retail operations manager has to ensure that proper staffing takes place at each of the retail stores in order to cater to the customers properly and in the right manner while training them for the same.
Since customers prefer timely order fulfillment, the responsibility to maintain adequate stock in the retail stores also falls within the ambit of the retail operations manager. They should also pay a timely visit to these stores in order to analyze the sales performance of each of these stores and provide necessary feedback for improvements.
The retail operations manager is also required to evaluate the level of customer satisfaction in order to report any changes required in the offering to the concerned authorities, in order to improve the sales potential of the products offered.
