It is difficult to suggest names of companies or recruitment agencies as a best data science recruiter as this is too subjective to be called out. However, generally, the trend is that data science recruitment is mostly based on skills rather than anything else. Most of the recruitment happens specifically to particular specific job openings which require certain skillsets. So, if the candidates have those skillsets and the require experience, they are considered; else their resume gets rejected.
Established companies such as DellEMC, Fractal, MuSigma etc. have a holistic way of recruiting data scientist so that their skillsets are properly adjudicated before making a final call.
