There is no fix answer of this question for visualization . Both platforms are amazing. If you want to work offline you can go with anaconda but google colab is online platform and it has its own benefits. Colab comes with libraries for accessing various Google services conveniently. It saves to Google Drive, and you can share the notebooks easily without having to mess around hosting them yourself.

Other than that, they are very closely related.
