Which is better, Infosys or Wipro technologies?

The following post is from the perspective of an employee of Wipro technologies who had previously worked with Infosys. We will look into his/her experience for the feedback we want to know.

Following are points he/she mentioned:

Training

Both are excellent. Both have advantages and disadvantages.

Wipro provided me with training, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The classes and training materials are comprehensive. The teachers were knowledgeable and supportive of the students throughout the training period.

However, Infosys has an advantage in the training facilities they give.

Among all MNC campuses in India, the Mysore campus has the best infrastructure. Overall, the training experience has improved.

However, Infosys’ training is well-known for being extremely demanding.

Every week, you get tests and homework. People have expressed an interest in leaving the company.

Compensation

The starting wage is nearly identical in both companies, and both have a relaxed dress code. The most crucial thing to understand is that these organizations provide IT services. They also have the same body of work and the same level of excellence.

You will perform the same at both companies once you have been trained and become a permanent employee.

Wipro, on the other hand, offers a more laid-back work environment.
