Which company is better for freshers- INFOSYS or ACCENTURE?

INFOSYS:

PROS:

  1. It has a fantastic training program.
  2. There are more opportunities for new graduates.
  3. There are more on-site opportunities.
  4. It has an excellent campus for an excellent work-life balance.
  5. If you want to change jobs, Infosys Mysore Trainees are always preferred.

CONS:

  1. Joining dates are pretty late compared to Accenture, particularly for colleges in the North.
  2. In comparison to Accenture, the salary increase is minimal.

ACCENTURE:

PROS:

  1. It has a great work culture.
  2. The raise in pay is a good thing.
  3. You will have enough time for your other work if you plan a start-up or other business.
  4. There are a lot more benefits.
  5. There are a lot more get-togethers and parties.

CONS:

  1. The training program is not very good.
  2. If you are in an interview, another candidate who has completed Infosys training will be preferred, even if you both have the same experience.
  3. There will be no on-site opportunities for freshers for the first 4-5 years. There are a few exceptions.
    So you can now choose the best option for you.
