What should my CV focus on - skill or certificates?

Both the things hold equal importance. Certificates provide authenticity to your skills. To prove your skills you need to have justification which can be better done with help of certificates. The CV in which certificates are mentioned always have an upper hand over the one on which these are not mentioned
