The marketing concept and philosophy states that the organization should strive to satisfy its customers’ wants and needs while meeting the organization’s goals. In simple terms, “the customer is king”. The implication of the marketing concept is very important for management.
Since marketing is the process of creating, communicating and delivering products to customers with the aim of satisfying their needs, the purpose of a marketing philosophy is to identify and fulfill those needs, as well as wants and demands.
We should understand that every clients has different product, service, target market, and goals. Therefore, one must tailoring their solutions that best fits for their particular client, and to achieve that goal they can begin with a thorough analysis and audit of the company’s business, product, services, current marketing activities and most importantly, its customers.
