With Power BI, you can-

Connect (it is compaitbile with multiple data sources, be it cloud or anything else)

Transform (ETL - Extract Transform and Load data to basically clean data, remove errors and visualise it to create a bar graph or chart or any representation out of it to make it look more clearer than it was when extracted.

Model (Define relationships using common elements as in SQL’s Primary Key; here you define relationships and calculations)

Visualize (Compelling charts and tables, mobile friendly views, filters and so on)

Dashboard (Pin visuals and reports and tiles for all the stakeholders to use)

Data Analytics(once data is in dashboard, it is not enough, you have to think about it, you have to derive insights in order to accomplish decision making)

Insights (suggesting actionable recommendations derived from Analysis of data).
