SHOULD ONE ACCEPT OR NOT?

  • Accepting the offer would be a better option because there is nothing to learn there. You will not advance in your career; if you request advancement, you will be given a role for your name’s sake that will not be official, and there will be no additional compensation for accepting the position.

  • They will create the illusion that you are the best employee they have, but once you start discussing ethics, values, and policies with your manager or TL, they will begin to target you, and you will feel as if you are dying because you do not have peace of mind.

  • The manager will use you as a weapon to get promoted, and once he gets what he wants from you, he will not care about you and treat you as an enslaved person.

HOW IS ONE TREATED?

  1. You will not be a professional in operations or development. You will not achieve a work-life balance.

  2. You will not be given any holidays, and you will be working in rotational shifts for which no shift allowances will be provided.

  3. You will not be a part of an MNC; instead, you will be a student at a junior college with Junior Lecturers constantly watching you like a spy. My sincere recommendation is that you do not join CWS.
