What is the role of career level 13 at Accenture?

  1. At Accenture, freshers who do not have a B.Tech/B.E background are offered level 13 or New Associate.

  2. They are aligned to various operations based on the vertical, such as People Control, Business Operations, IT Operations, etc.

  3. Roles vary depending on the vertical, but they will generally include project support, asset management, internal resource management, technology management, and so on.

a. You will be responsible for keeping track of assets (laptops, mobile phones, printers, data cards, etc.) in a project and assisting project members if they encounter any problems with these assets.

b. You will be responsible for completing checklists for newly onboarded or rolled-off project resources.

c. You will be in charge of laptop re-imaging and software installations, backup creation, security patch installation, and other tasks related to client data protection.

d. You’ll be in charge of keeping track of project charge ability timesheets for resources and stretching out any discrepancies, among other things.

e. You will be in charge of GCP processing for resources visiting onsite.
