What is the placement process of L&T Infotech?

Larsen and Turbo Limited, or LTI, is one of India’s major multinational corporations and prominent construction enterprises. The company’s headquarters are located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Two Danish engineers who sought asylum in India formed LTI. Engineering, construction, manufacturing, information technology, and financial services are among the industries in which L&T has worked.

LTI was also named to Forbes’ list of the 2000 most significant and most potent public corporations globally, based on revenues, profitability, assets, and market value.

The placement process of the company is as follows:

Online Aptitude Test

The test consists of 3 levels which are as follows:

  • Level 1: 40 MCQs + 1 coding question (Total 75 Minutes)
  • Level 2: 1 Coding Question (Total 45 Minutes)
  • Level 3: 1 Coding Question (Total 45 Minutes)

Each candidate has to finish and pass one level to go to the next level. Each group decides the caliber of the candidate based on these tests. They were given offers.

Technical Interview

After passing levels of the test, a candidate has to sit through a technical interview where they have been asked questions related to the skills necessary for the role they had applied for.

Personal Interview

It is the last round of the interview where the higher management of the company asks HR questions to the candidate to check whether the technically sound candidate is the right fit for the company or not.
