LogoutThe Oracle BI Presentation Catalog holds the objects that you and other users generate using Oracle BI EE, such as analytics, dashboards, and KPIs. Users have their own personal folder (My Folders) in which to save the things they develop. Only the user who generated and saved the material into that folder has access to the objects in that folder. Users can create sub-folders within their own folders to organise their information in the most logical way for them.
Objects can also be stored in shared folders, where they can be accessed by other users or groups. Who may see data and objects, modify objects, and remove items from the catalogue is determined by a combination of business logic security, catalogue object level security, and data level security. The shared folder structure in your catalogue is created and maintained by your administrator.
