The interview process at Genpact is determined by the level of participation.

  • Entry Level: The process begins with an introductory round, followed by an Amcat Test and then an interview. Amcat is a computer-based exam. After the introduction, there is an accounting exam followed by an interview for the Finance procedure.

  • Analytics Process: It is regarded as the highest level of procedure in Genpact and has a relatively tough selection process. In general, postgraduates at the 4A level are hired. It consists of an introduction, reasoning, and interview. In general, they prefer to hire on-campus for the analytics position.

  • For a specified level, it is just an interview based on the past job experience.
