What is the interview process at Deloitte?

The interview process at Deloitte typically consists of 4–5 rounds. The interview procedure described below is the standard process used by Deloitte USI.

1st round: The first and most important round is the technical round. This round is conducted to examine your understanding of your core skill. The interview panel comprises two Deloitte experts, one consultant, and one senior consultant.

2nd round: The second round is primarily technical plus management, with a Deloitte Manager examining your technical skills and general personality. Only if he/she believes you are a good fit for the Deloitte working style you will be given the green light to proceed to Round 3.

3rd round: The third round, examines your knowledge of the English language covering all your skills like Reading, Speaking, and Listening. Deloitte places a high value on this phase.

4th round: The last round is a ‘Senior Managerial Round,’ in which a Deloitte senior executive will interview you, this round does not include any technology-related questions but instead emphasizes general topics.

HR Round: This is the stage at which they discuss salary expectations and reach an agreement. After the salary discussion, the candidate is sent an offer letter, which he or she must accept.
