Following are the parameters a student should follow if they want to be shortlisted by IBM during the placement process on campus:
Academic Qualification
- 10th : 60% and above
- 12th : 60% and above
- Grad: 65% and above CGPA
Graduation Qualification
- B.Tech.
- B.E. or ME
- BCA or MCA
- B.Sc. or M.Sc.
Note: All branches can apply for the roles during the campus placement process.
Other Important points
- At the time of the selection process, there should be no backlogs.
- The education gap should be no more than one year long. It is not permitted to stay for more than a year.
- (M.tech) Compensation:- INR 4.65 lakh per annum + INR 25000 as a setting allowance
- (B.tech) remuneration:- Annual Salary: INR 4.65 Lakh+ One INR 25000 setting allowance must come from a full-time degree program approved by India’s Central/State Governments.
- At the IBM Selection Process, all pending backlogs should be cleared.
- A student who has taken part in an IBM interview process within the last six months cannot participate in the IBM selection process.
