What is the difference between indexed and crawled content?

Because crawling is when Google sends its bots to your site and gets information from it, the indexed and crawled material would be the same thing. However, indexed means that Google has already included it in its search results. Is it possible for the material to be crawled but not indexed? When you apply the meta tag “no index” to this content, this web page, or this post in the HTML code, there may be stuff that Google has crawled but not indexed. Even if the item is published on the Internet, Google will not index it in this manner.
