In terms of a job as an IT Business Analyst, I believe India offers plenty of opportunities. The role of the BA will continue to exist as long as organizations rely on IT suppliers (such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, etc.) to complete their projects.
The approach for implementing a project may change, as well as the tools and programming languages used to generate software and testing procedures. These changes may have a significant impact on the scope of work for developers, testers, and support teams, among other things. However, because the work of the BA is not dependent on any particular technology or language, but rather on the demands of the business, it will always remain relevant.
With new concepts emerging, business requirements will become more demanding due to the need for customization, with an increased emphasis on automation, the Internet of Things, and other emerging technologies.
As a result, a career as a Business Analyst is set to soar to new heights. This is the exact cause for the increase in demand for BA roles in the market, as well as the cascading impact of more people attempting to learn the necessary skills to become a BA.
