Based on their link profiles, what kind of link they are receiving from different websites, and the quality of page links. Page Authority considers factors like- Domain Authority. It depends on the quality of content, keywords, and technical SEO parameters. It also depends on the backlinks of competitors. To improve page authority try to get external links from other high authority websites. If your domain value is good and domain authority is good, then it gives benefits to your page authority also.
