What is the Azure equivalent of AWS Athena?

Athena can query data using a similar to SQL API. Azure Cosmos DB can do the same with the Cosmos DB SQL API.

AWS Athena is servless, Cosmos DB is serverless.

The first and most obvious difference is the one is AWS and the other AZURE.

Except for that; Athena or CosmosDB, S3 Bucket or Storage Account, Azure Servless, AWS Lambda.
