What is the Accenture interview procedure?

Fresher interview procedure at Accenture:

1. If you are going through eLitmus/Amcat, your documents will be reviewed first, and then you will be asked to attend an interview.

2. If you are going on-campus, there would be an additional written test before the interview to shortlist individuals.

3. They will conduct the interviews in groups of 5–6 students each. It will be based on your technical knowledge.

4. Later a few follow-up questions to assess your communication skills like:
   • Tell me about yourself.
   • Why do you want to work at Accenture?
   • Assign you a topic to speak about for 1–2 minutes.
