Product Quality should be a top priority for the business organisation if the quality of the product is good then customer satisfaction level also increases.

The product concept assumes that consumers will favor those products that are superior in quality, performance, innovative features, designs, and so on.
The customers will often prefer products that offer more quality in most scenarios customers are willing to pay more to have top most quality.
