In simple words job evaluation is a comparision of a job with various other jobs in the company.It tries to make a systematic comparison between jobs to assess their relative worth for the purpose of establishing a rational pay structure.
It is used in establishing the pay structure and compare the work load of different jobs with the pay structure, its starts with job analysis process continuing towards over job evaluation of the employee in structuring towards the pay structure.
