What is Inbound Marketing?

Inbound marketing is a relatively new concept in the field of marketing that is well-suited for the age of digital and social media. Inbound marketing relies on quality content to attract users to your site, rather than relying on outbound techniques (i.e., email, banner ads, etc.). Many inbound marketers think of “customers” as people who have expressed interest in what they do; therefore they use social media and blogging to build an “audience” with whom they interact until there’s enough interest for them to sell something.
