What is collective bargaining?

Collective bargaining is the process, where terms and conditions of employment are determined by mutual agreement between the employer and the employees.
In this process both the job seeker and the job giver come together in a conclusive discussion where terms and conditions are kept and both parties decide together what’s best for them. The idea is that the employer and employee should not make decision unilaterally or with the intervention of any third party. There must be a mutual understanding between both parties while bargaining both parties must listen to each other.
