What is Call to action?

Call to action is a term used in reference to the last sentence of an article, email, and many other forms of content. The goal of a CTA is to prompt the reader into taking some sort of action.

There are basically four types of call-to-action statements: direct command, expert’s testimonial, comparative performance, or statement about future events. None is inherently better than any other; it depends on what’s appropriate for the situation and what will best convey your overall message.
