Exit interview refers to the final official meeting between the employer and the employee. In this meeting rhe employer asks employee questions like what changes needs to be done in the organisation, things that you like and don’t like in the organisation, your future plans etc.Information is gathered to gain insight into work conditions and possible changes or solutions, and the employee has a chance to explain why he or she is leaving.
