The Operations Deal Manager advises on multimillion-dollar, transformational deals, ensuring that systems are compliant and efficient. This position is responsible for delivering operational excellence across Sales and Operations by identifying and developing solutions to solve problems, enhance performance, and increase revenue. By working as a mediator across teams, the successful candidate will be able to influence his or her business group’s priorities, resulting in enhanced efficiencies across business groups and areas. Legal and Corporate Affairs, Contracts and Negotiations, Credit and Collections, and Finance are some of the business units with whom the Operations Deal Manager collaborates.

Through trusted partnerships, the Field and Operations Deal Management (FODM) team helps to modernise the field sales business to optimise income and ease working with Microsoft.

Basic Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in operations, business, supply chain, finance, or a similar discipline is necessary and equivalent alternative education, abilities, and/or practical experience.
  • Account Management, Business, Operations, or Sales Experience
