Post the creation of the matrix, it helps the organization in evaluating the extent to which these processes and designs align with the needs and wants of the customers. This helps in creating a strong value proposition which might help the organization in differentiating its offerings from those of its competitors. Furthermore, corrective measures can be taken in order to be as close to the customer expectations as possible.
