What exactly does a Conversion Rate Manager do in Digital Marketing?

A Conversion Rate Manager’s role is perhaps one of the most important in a Digital Marketing project. To summarise their significance in one sentence, one may say that a Conversion Rate Manager converts potential leads or website visitors brought in by the Content Strategist into customers. before they click off the page. Their ultimate goal is driving user growth and simultaneously minimising customer acquisition costs. The conversion rate managers generally observe and analyse the behaviour of the website visitors starting from when they first click onto the page until the time that they click off. Using this information, they then optimise the webpage by modifying existing components or adding new ones to maximise interaction and on-page time. They work on improving the landing page, product and brand positioning on the website and overall content structure optimisation.
